Gold Star Family Memorial Marker Dedication, Gatlinburg Welcome Center, June 29, 2021.
Tuckaleechee Garden Club (TGC), led by President Janie Bitner, partnered with the Gatlinburg Recreation Department and the Tennessee Federation of Garden Clubs to dedicate the Gold Star Family Memorial Marker at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. The marker was sponsored by Charles and Annette Tinnin. Captain William Robinson, retired US Air Force and prisoner of war from 1965 to 1973 delivered the keynote address.
